Overview

I led the end-to-end design process for Kamereo, Vietnam's pioneering B2B Purchasing and Sourcing Platform for restaurants. The project aimed to simplify the process of ordering restaurant supplies from multiple suppliers, offering an efficient, user-friendly solution accessible on both laptops and mobile devices. The result: a time-saving, streamlined sourcing experience.

Problems

- Supply chain challenges: Involvement of numerous intermediaries, resulting in higher end-user prices and food losses during each transaction.

- Restaurant Challenges: Restaurants often place orders with 20 to 30 different suppliers using various communication methods such as Zalo, email, phone calls, and SMS. The process of receiving products from multiple suppliers is time-consuming.

Solution

- The idea aimed to establish the most straightforward method for restaurants to quickly order all their supplies from multiple suppliers, using either a laptop or a mobile phone. The objective was to create a user-friendly platform that saves time in the ordering and sourcing process. Develop the buyer web and mobile application to discover new suppliers, include daily order items in the catalog, monitor all orders, and analyze payment data.

- Construct the supplier web application for online order processing, order tracking, and improved sales and cash flow management through payment data analysis.
